The Essential Training Plan offers two 55-minute sessions per week. This is the recommended minimum training required to obtain health and fitness benefits. Anything less will not be enough to spark the change needed to get results. Yet, twice per week is just enough to make an impact on your health and fitness. In fact, some of our best clients made significant transformations on this very plan.
The Accelerated Performance Plan offers three 55-minute sessions per week. Three times per week is considered the gold standard of the personal training industry. This training schedule is for outcome-driven individuals who are searching for that extra guidance and coaching needed to take their performance and transformation gains to the next level. If you decide to commit to this plan, you WILL get results—and fast.
The High-Speed Transformation Plan offers four to five 55-minute sessions per week. This is our most advanced and accelerated program. It also provides the greatest savings. If you’re looking for the absolute BEST results possible, this training schedule is unmatched. For those ambitious lions willing to invest in The High-Speed Transformation Plan, this commitment leaves no option other than maximum success in a fraction of the time. PERSONAL TRAINING DURATION: Approximately 55 minutes in Duration
Shorter sessions are entirely up to the client; however, rates will not be reduced. Longer training sessions can be arranged, with price adjustments, upon request.
In-home sessions can only be conducted if within reasonable traveling distance or under certain financial arrangements to accommodate for gas expenses and time spent on the road. For most clients, sessions will be remote. Personal training will be conducted virtually through Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, or WhatsApp. Coaching/consultations will be held either through the same virtual technologies or via phone.
Week-to-week training packages are normally paid through the website via auto-drafting. If or when it’s decided to halt services, all drafts will be discontinued immediately. 12- and 16-week packages are paid up-front through the website or via an online app (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, etc.). For the few local clients who receive in-home training sessions, cash, money order, or check is also accepted.
After multi-week packages have fully concluded, the choice can be made to A) discontinue training or B) initiate week-to-week training under the same rates for 12- and 16-week packages. In other words, your rates and any savings will remain unchanged after converting to week-to-week for as long as you remain a customer, even if the standard rates for new clients increase over time.
