Virtual personal training and most consultative sessions can last up to 55 minutes. MD consultations run for 30 minutes. Mini-consults run for up to 5 minutes. However, you are always free to abbreviate meetings if you deem it necessary to do so.
The topic of discussion is usually up to the client, provided that it falls within our scope of expertise. Consultative topics include but are not limited to fitness and physique transformation, diet and supplementation, environmental health, and psychological and behavioral recalibration. The MD consultation is held by our physician, Dr. Divingian, who discusses life-extension technologies, immune-enhancing strategies, and vitality-boosting biohacks.
You are free to text or email us at any hour of the day. Text and email responses will be determined by the schedule and may vary from day to day but will always be provided within 24 business hours. However, most text and email queries will be responded to on the same day. This includes WhatsApp. For mini-consults, these are phone-based meetings (up to five minutes, offered Monday through Friday) where any missed calls will be returned either that day or within 24 business hours. Keep in mind that any missed calls near the end of our hours of operations by Friday (the last day of our work week), will be returned by the next business day, Monday.
Video capabilities are required to conduct virtual personal training. Therefore, scheduled training sessions will be held on virtual electronic platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype. They can also be held on WhatsApp. Remote coaching sessions can be conducted through any of those platforms, or they can be held over the phone (video capabilities not required). Additional methods of contact include texting and emails.
For scheduled 55- and 30-minute sessions, 24-hour notice is required to reschedule appointments. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not usually credited for future sessions. However, emergencies and other unusual circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis. Keep in mind that scheduling is never required—and therefore, no cancellation policies apply—for phone-based mini-consults, emails, texts, or WhatsApp messaging, all of which are entirely optional for clients.
